For this week, there is just a little need to be done for our final report. For me, I just help Noraini in doing strength and weaknesses and problem faced for the last part of our documentation.
Besides that, I also help Shazana and Husnina in doing user manual for the system.
We also need to prepare for the presentation of our project.

WEEK 20

Finally, employee information system been done completely this week and we need to prepare for testing session with user of the system.
Testing form also has been done and just waits for the confirmation of the date for the testing session.
After the confirmation, 13 March 2009 is the date of testing session for the employee information system.
But before the testing session, we are doing user manual, strength and weaknesses, and so on to complete our final report because we do not want to waste our time to wait after testing session. It will save our time to complete another task for the documentation.
Finally, employee information system been done completely this week and we need to prepare for testing session with user of the system.
Testing form also has been done and just waits for the confirmation of the date for the testing session.

In this week, Shazana and Husnina show to me and Noraini the progress of employee information system that been done. We are together in group make discussion to discuss the changes that can be made in the system. We also together give opinion for the system to ensure the process and flow of the system run smoothly.
Last week, I need to complete the testing form for testing session. But, the documents do not finish yet, so that Noraini and I together discuss to complete the documents.
The date for testing session is not confirm yet because the user of the system do not free at that time so we will change the date.

For this week, the task that I need to complete is preparing the documents for testing session. There are two of testing form that user need to complete during testing session.
After we make a discussion in a group, we decide to start the testing session in early of March. But we not confirm yet with the user at SMK Sultan Sulaiman Shah.
This week also I help Shazana and Husnina in doing coding for employee information system. There are a little error faced in the coding of the system and we are together finding the errors to make the correction.
Our leader, Noraini always get update our progress to make sure we follow the task that given before. For any problems, we will discuss together and find the way to solve the problems faced.

Previously at week 15, I have been made a research on system requirement which include hardware ad software to develop the system.
For this week I will analyze again the information about system requirements that have been gathered before. More requirements needed to develop the system and I need to find again more information about it.
Besides that, the research also been made on system development life cycle method (SDLC) to be include in our documentation. There are 5 phases include in this method which are system planning, system design, system analysis, system implementation and system maintenance.
Some information from internet needed for my references while doing this task.

This week I need to complete the project planning which include the feasibility of the system. I only have time doing a bit of feasibility and have discussed informally with Noraini on what must be state at this part. I will ensure that I will be able to complete feasibility soon.

Firstly, I want to apologize for the lateness submission on my progress every week at my blog but still I have record all of my progress at Microsoft Words and today I will post it all. I am very sorry and hope that you can accept my apology regarding to this matter.
For this week, I have made a discussion with Noraini about final report that must be completed. To let you know, we used System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) method for our project.
